6. Checking Warranty & Return Policy

  • Tech Online offers a 7-Day Checking Warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of parcel delivery.
  • To qualify for an exchange or return, products must be in their original packaging, unused, with all seals, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Physical damage, water damage, or electrical burns resulting from unauthorized chargers or power surges are not covered under warranty.
